水曜英語サファイアクラス　指導ワッシャー(鷲野礼奈)

 

今日はみなさん、レッスンが始まるまでの準備を頑張ってくださいました。
髪型も、シューズのリボンも、トイレも、しっかりすませれば、レッスンも集中できるのです。遅れていらした方も、あわてずでも急いで、準備をしっかりして、レッスンに入るようにしましょう。

They did preparing for the lesson very well today. If you set up perfectly, you can concentrate to a lesson.
When you came late, calm down and get ready perfectly and then join in the class.

バーレッスンでは、先週確認したことを、覚えているかどうか、質問しました。ももちゃんがしっかり答えてくださいましたね。
｢軸足を動かさないでポジションを変える｣ことです。
動かす足の爪先をしっかりのばしてからポジションを変えましょう。
来週も見せてくださいね。

I asked if you still remembered what I said last week. Momo chan answerd correctly.
｢When you change the posision, do not move your standing leg｣
Befor going to the next position, point your toe hard.

足のかかとの部分に、シールをはりました。ターンアウトを意識するためです。常にお客さんに見えるようにしてください。

We put the sticker at heel. Because it reminds you the “turn out”. That’s a basic of ballet. Please show them to the audience all the time.

センターでは、ディブロッペに挑戦しました。難しかったですね！でも、やらなければ体は強くなりませんから、頑張ってやってみましょう！

We tried the “develope” today. It was hard! But good try. Just try and keep working to build your muscles.

身の回りのこと、レッスンに関係ないお友達とのおしゃべり、などでクラスがストップしないように、来週も頑張ってくださいね！

Please be prepared well, do not chat with your friends for nothing but lesson. I hope we can have a nice and fullfilling class next week.
