3月25日水曜英語サファイアクラス　指導：ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈）

 

本日、年度末最後のレッスンでした。

 

三年生は来週から、エメラルドクラスですね！

そしてこのクラスには、

ルビークラスから新一年生があがっていらっしゃいます。
お姉さんとして、見本になれるよう頑張ってください！
三年生も、エメラルドクラスでは、

もっと難しいことがたくさん出てくると思いますが、

笑顔でたちむかって行ってくださいね！

This was the last day of the year.

The third grader will go to the upper class,

Emerald, next week.

You will face to more difficult things

but please work hard with smile

and you will be able to get over it.
And the new 1st graders are coming to our class.
Please be a good model for them.
バーレッスンは、

先週できなかったフラッペや

ディブロッペなどを含め、がんばりました。
ディブロッペという動きの名前、

 

覚えてくださいました！

 

パセを通って足をのばします。

きちんとパセを通ることが大事ですから、

三角形しっかり作っていきましょう。

We worked hard

at bar lesson included Frappe and Develope.
You remembered the name of “Develope” finally!

Please go through Passe when you

do the “Develope”. Show the beautiful triangle please.
フロアレッスンでは、アントルラッセの練習をしました。

一年生はまず、シャセ、ソッテをマスターしてほしいです。

だいぶ慣れてきましたが、リズム音痴はよくありません。

 

音楽にあわせてジャンプしましょう。
二年生はまず、前に足を振り上げてまっすぐ上に飛ぶ練習です。

今日は、形がよくなりましたね！次の段階へ行けそうです。
三年生も、まずは二年生と同じ練習をして、

次はジャンプしている間に体の向きを変えます。

後から上げる足は、最後はアラベスクになります。
We practiced Entrelacé.
For the first graders, you have to master “Chassé and Sauté” first.

 

It was getting better but still you

don’t want to miss the music and rhythm.
For the second graders,

you practiced “Battement front and jump straight”.

 

You did very good today. It seems like you can try the next step.
For the third grader, you practiced same with the second graders

and then tried Entrelacé completely.

After you chabge the direction of your body,

the second leg should be Arabesque. Please practice that.
来週はいよいよ新しいメンバーでスタートです。楽しみですね！

We will start the new year and have new members.
