2月5日金曜英語ルビークラス　指導：ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈）　アシスタント：KURUMI

 

本日、年長さんチームがスタジオでレッスンでした。
そして、2月の最初のレッスンでしたので、ストレッチテストがありました。
The biggest girls cane to studio today.
And it was the first week of February,

so we had a stretch test.
ストレッチ苦手な方が多いですねー。痛いからか、

自分の身体を固めてそれ以上いかないようにしてしまっています。

一度痛いのを少し我慢して、

お腹を足につけるとか、

お腹を床につけてみようとしてください。
結果が毎回変わらない人は、

家で毎日ストレッチしてますか？

おそらくやってないですよね。

家でも続けてみてください。絶対かわりますよ。

 

I see a lot of people in this class don’t like stretching.

I think it’s hurt that’s why you can’t let you go further.

You actually make yourself

solid. You need to be patient little bit and try to put your tummy

to your legs or the floor. If you still get same result, maybe you

don’t stretch at home at all.

Please keep trying at home. You will be changed definitely.
 

5番を含めてのバーレッスン、

少しずつ慣れてきましたね！

今日はみなさん、よく集中してできました。

その分たくさん練習できたので、

最後には「はぁ～(=д= )」という声が聞こえました！

がんばったあとのお水はおいしいですね！
 

We had a bar lesson included 5th position.

You get to used to it. And you concentrated well today.

So we could do lots of things at bar lesson.

I heard a big phew at the end.

It’s so nice to have water after working so hard.

 

センターレッスンは、パドブレ、マーチを練習しました。

マーチは、先月から少し変えました。話をしっかり聞いていないと間違えてしまいますよー。

困るのは自分です。よく聞いていてくださいね。
最後はスキップ電車をしました。

見えないお化けさんの場所をキープするのは難しいですが、

みなさん、楽しんで練習できました！
 

At center lesson, we practiced Pas de
burre and Marching. I chaged the combination bit.

You need to listen to me carefully.

If not, you will make a mistake.

You will make yourself in trouble. Please listen and watch.
At the end, we did a skipping train which you like.

It’s hard to keep the distance between you and your friend while you are skipping.

I call it keeping a space for ghost.

Sometimes you squeezed the ghost but it’s good you enjoyed practicing.

 

最後に、Snowy dayを読みました。
雪をポケットに入れたらどうなりましたか？

と聞くと、Melted! と元気よく答えてくださいました。
 

We read a book called “Snowy day”.
I asked them what happened when the boy had

a snow ball in his pocket? , they answered “melted!!” in loud(^.^)
