3月12日金曜英語ルビークラス　指導：ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈）　アシスタントKURUMI

 

今日から、全員スタジオでのレッスンでした。

コロナのことが心配な方は、

オンラインでの参加もできますので、ご相談ください。
From today , we are all together in studio again. It’s so nice.

ストレッチは、ブリッジの練習までしっかり行いました。
ブリッジですが、背中が柔らかくないと上手にできるようになりません。

まずは、背中をそる練習をたくさんしましょう。
We practiced the bridge.

You need to have a flexible back for this.

Please practice to bend your back.
バーレッスンは、いつものように最後までしっかり行いました。
お姉さんたちは、ジャンプをたくさんするので、

大変だと思いますが、終わったあとに、ぐたーっとならずに、

すぐバーレッスンに戻れたらかっこよいです。

年長のお姉さんたちにはかっこよくなってほしいです。
We completed the bar lesson.
For eldest girls,

I know it’s hard for you to keep jumping until the end of the music.

If you could get ready for the next movement

right after this jumping, you would be so cool.
I want you to be cool elders!
センターは、先週と同じ内容でした。
ピケ、パセをするとき、足で三角をしっかり作ること、

頭を上にひっぱることをがんばってください。
年中さんたちも、一生懸命挑戦してくださっています。

At the center lesson,

we did same program from last week.

When yoy do the Piquet&Passe ,

try to be taller and make a beautiful triangle with your leg.

Even the middle kids tried so hard!
歌は、Hello babyを英語と日本語で歌いました。

両方歌えるようになったら素敵ですね！

今日は、最初しかできなかったので、

来週は続きを歌いたいと思います。

We sang Hello baby in English and Japanese.

We couldn’t finish all so next week we will continue to practice.

I think it’s great if you could sing in both languages.
最後にご本は、スズメが動物園に行く話を読みました。

どんな動物が出てきたか、何を食べていたかわかりましたか？

英語も日本語も、答えられるようになったらよいですね。
We read the book at the end.
A littele bird went to the zoo and steal foods for the other animals.

来週は、お話作りもできるように、

もっとタイトにレッスンをがんばれたらよいですね！
