4月7日水曜英語サファイアクラス　　指導：ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈）

 

本日より、水曜サファイア、新学期スタートしました！

ルビークラスからいらしたみなさん、

新しいブルーのレオタードが似合っていました。

お姉さんになりましたね！

もっと大きいお姉さんたちの中で、嬉しさと、緊張が入り交じっていました。

The new semester just started! The feiends from ruby class ,

you wore new leotard and it looked good on you. You are big girls now.
They were excited and nervous at the same time in the class.
 

クラスの最初に、”心の扉”をみんなで言います。
だんだん覚えてくださいね。お姉さんたちはもう大丈夫ですね！

いつ当たっても、１人でも、言えるようにしておいてくださいね。
 

Atvthe beginning of the class, we always say “Door in the heart”.

This is the rule of the class. Also it’s useful in your life. Please learn it.

When  I ask you to say it, you want to say it all by yourself eventually.

 

今は、体をしっかり作っていく大事な時期です。

しばらく基礎的な動きを練習していきますから、

お姉さんたちも気を緩めず、より上手になることをめざしてがんばってください。
一年生は、すべてが大変だと思います。とにかく一生懸命ついてきてください。

Now we have a lesson for building up your body.

We are doing the basic movement.

Especially the elders, you should take it seriously and become better.
It must be tough for the first graders. I want you to do your best.
初日でしたが、ストレッチテストをしました！

こちらも、ルビークラスとは違う、難しいテストです。

ブリッジや、スプリッツがあります。

一年生は初めてだったと思いますが、

これから、どんどん練習して、どんどん柔らかくなりましょう！
 

We had the first stretch test today.

It’s different from the ruby’s and much harder.
We check the bridge and the splits which you haven’t done it before.

We should practice those hard and get used to it. You will be more flexible.
