4月21日水曜英語サファイアクラス　　指導：ワッシャー(鷲野礼奈)

 

英語のルール、お姉さんたちは自信を持って言えるようになりました。一年生も早く覚えましょうね！

The big girls could say the rule with confidence.
The first graders, please memorize them as soon as possible.

バーレッスンは、1年生は両手で、2、3年生は、片手で行いました。

 

順番など、早く慣れていきましょう。
お姉さんたちは、大事なこと(ターンアウトすること、

お膝をのばすこと、上半身を四角くすることなどなど)を、

もう知っているはずですから、言われずともやってください。
1年生は、とにかく順番になれること、そして準備を早くしましょう。
At the bar lesson, the first graders used both hands and

the elders used one hand on a bar.
The elders already knew the important things to do.

Like to turn out your legs, to stretch your knees, to keep your body square,,,

Even if I didn’t say these things, you could do it on your own.
The first graders, please get used to the movements, also get ready quickly.
今日はストレッチをしっかり行いました。

特にスプリッツは、一年生はまだやり方がよくわかっていませんでしたので、

お伝えしました。家でも同じように練習してください。
We had stretch time today.

The first graders didn’t know how to do the splits.

So I told what to do. Please practice at your home too.
センターでは、先週みなこ先生と練習していただいたことを練習しました。
パドブレは、足と足をしっかり閉じて進みましょう。

少しずつしか進めません。遠くまで進むためには、

足の先を細かく早く動かさなくてはなりません。
お姉さんたちは、アラベスクもしっかり止まれるようになりましょう。

そして爪先はきれいにのばします。
ピケパセも、お膝が曲がってはいけませんよ～。
 

At the center lesson, we practiced same thing as last week.
Pas du burre, you want to close your legs together and move.

You can’t really go fast. If you want to move long way,

you need to move your feet very fast.
The elders you should keep Arabesque beautifully. Point your feet!
And for the Piquet&Passe

you don’t want to bend your knee when you stand on one leg.
スキップや2ステップ、ワルツなどを練習しました。

ワルツは、3年生はしっかりマスターしましょう。

We practiced the skipping and 2steps, waltz step.
The third graders, you need to learn waltz step.

そして最後に、発表会の振付も少しだけ練習しました。
日曜日に、追加レッスンで振付が始まっておりますので、

これからはレッスンでもどんどん練習していきますから、

出演する方はしっかり覚えてくださいね。
出演しない方も、レッスンでは一緒に覚えて練習しましょうね。
And we practiced the choreography from the recital.
On Sunday, we have rehearsals.

 

So we will practice the choreography for the recital in the regular class.

If you join in the recital, please learn this seriously.

Even if you don’t join the recital, please learn together.
