5月12日水曜英語サファイアクラス　　指導：ワッシャー(鷲野礼奈)

 

今日は、5月最初のレッスンでした。

Today it was the first lesson of May.

心の扉、一年生はまだ覚えきれていませんね。

お姉さんたちが言ってくれるのを聞きながら早く覚えましょう。

1st graders, you don’t memorize the rules of this studio.

Please listen to what the big girls said. And learn it.
 

発表会の練習も始まっていますから、

集中して、たくさん練習できるようにがんばりましょう！

We’ve started to practice for the recital. Please
concentrate and practice a lot.

まずは、バーレッスンをしました。
説明もコンパクトにしますから、

最初からよく聞いてないとおいていかれますよー。

We had the bar lesson at first.
I will explain shorter and shorter,

so you need to listen carefully and don’t miss what I said.

 

ストレッチテストをしました。
ブリッジから立てるようになった方もいれば、

前回よりも悪い結果になってしまった方もいますねー。
お休みだったからといって、

ストレッチしないでいるとあっという間に体はかたくなります。

ストレッチは続けるものです。次のテストはもっとがんばってください。

We had a stretch test.
A girl made success to stand from the bridge position.

On the other hand, there were a lot of people who got bad results.
If you didn’t do the stretching at all because of the holidays,

you would be bad. Your body gets hard.

You need to keep working on the stretching if you want to be flexible.
I’m looking forward to seeing your next test !

あとの時間は、発表会の練習をしました。
みなさん、とにかく、いただいた振付はどんどん覚えましょう。

わからないところがあるなら、

わからないままにしておかないで聞いてください。
体が覚えるまで何度も何度も踊るしかありません。
家に帰ったら、必ず思い出してください。

家でわからなかったら、わからなかったところを覚えておいて、

次のレッスンのときにはできるようにしましょう。
発表会に出ない人も、一緒に練習していきますから、どんどん覚えてください。

After that we rehearsed for the recital.

Please try to memorize the choreography once you get it.

If you have unclear part then you meed to ask.

Don’t leave it. Until you remember everything,

you have to practice over and over again.
When you get back to home, review the choreography.

If you are not sure about the details,

then remember that part at least. And ask next time.
Even if you won’t join the recital, we are going to practice together.

So you have a responsibility to remember the choreography together.
