水曜サファイアクラス～指導：Rino Kamimura

 

We did stretch test today. Everyone didn’t get higher score than before BUT I saw your improvements!

You all got so much better than before and made me proud.

Please keep working on it and let’s get the better score next time! You can do it!

 

We tried to do tombe pas de bourré faster than before.

If you could do it slowly in correct positions, no matter how fast the music is, you can do it. And I could tell you liked it and wanted to try more and more.

That’s great. Please practice yourself at home and check your positions.

 

We did sauté and sissonnes as well.

Don’t forget to make a beautiful first arabesque in the air. Right now is trying hard to jump and move forward.

But now you know how to jump, so next is make it beautiful.

 

I want to give you more information by March. Please keep working hard, listening and watching what I’m doing.

 

Two more classes until 2021 is over!

今日はストレッチテストをしました。

皆さんスコアを上げることは出来ませんでしたが、

変化は見られました！

皆さん以前より良くなってきていますよ。

もっと良くなるようにストレッチを毎日して今度はスコア上げられるようにしましょう！

みなさんなら出来ますよ！

 

トンベ　パドブレを今日は前回より早いテンポでやりました。

ゆっくり正しいポジションで踊ることが出来れば、どんなに速い音楽が流れても出来るんです。

みなさん早いテンポでやるのが好きで何度もやりたかったようで、それは良いですが、

お家で自分で練習するときに正しいポジションで出来ているか確認してきてくださいね。

 

ソテとシソンヌもやりました。

キレイな第一アラベスクを空中で作ること忘れないでくださいね。

今はジャンプしながら前に進むことに必死です。でも、もうどのように飛ぶのか着地するのか分かったと思うので、

今度はそれをキレイに飛べるようにしましょう。

 

3月までにもっと色々な事を皆さんに伝えたいです。その為に、

一生懸命自主練して、私が説明している時はよく聞いて見てください。

 

2021年が終わるまでクラスはあと2レッスンです！
