金曜ルビークラス～指導：Rino　Kamimura

I’m sorry we ran out of time to do the story making but you all did a good job today!

Please keep stretching during the break as usual. We have the stretch test in January!

And from January, I want older students to do grand battement with one hand and do it on the fifth position for the both sides, right and left. We are going to practice it for the next level. So please keep practicing tendu on the fifth position and mentally be ready to do the new stuffs.

We are now going to practice Hello Baby in a Japanese. Let’s practice it slowly and slowly!

今日はお話作りの時間がなくなってしまいましたが、皆さんよく頑張りました！

あらかじめ遅れるのわかっている方は別ですが、15:15からクラス始まるので、スタジオに着いたらすぐお着替えしてシューズを履いて、

レッスンが始まるまでストレッチをして待てるようになれるのが理想的です！

冬休みの間も、いつも通り毎日ストレッチを続けてくださいね。1月最初のクラスでストレッチテストをやりますよ〜！

そして1月からは年長さんは、次のクラスへ行くための練習として、グランバットマンを片手で5番でやっていきます。

右左両方やりますよ。

ですからお家で5番のタンデュの練習をやってきてくださいね。

そして気持ち的にも新しいことへの挑戦できるようにしてきてください。
