水曜英語サファイアクラス　指導ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈）

 

今日はお休みなく、しっかりレッスンすることができました！

We have every member today, it was a good class.

 

“A door in the heart” 心の扉、1〜10まで言っておりますが、1人でも言えるようになるように練習してくださいね。

時間のあるときには、日本語版も思い出してみてください。

 

We say the rule “A door in the heart” 1-10. Please try to say it by yourself. When you have a chance, please remember the Japanese version too.

 

 

 

 

 

バーレッスン、5番のタンジュで、いつもと動きを変えました。体重移動を少し取り入れています。

それからパセ やアラベスクの練習をしました。

アラベスクは、2,3年のお姉さんたちに、お手本を見せてもらいました。

人から見られていると思うと、お姉さんたちも失敗できない！と気合いが入っていました(^^)

 

At the bar lesson, we did different Tendu included “temps lie”. The movement that you shift your weight when you do the plié.

And we practiced passé and arabesque. I asked bigger girls to show their arabesque to the 1st graders.

They tried to be a good model.

 

 

 

練習したいことがたくさんあるので、大変ですが、説明はしっかり聞きましょう。

特に1年生、頑張りましょうねー。周りのお姉さんを見てみてください。

誰もおしゃべりしていないし、先生の話をよく聞いて、言われたことをやろうと頑張っています。

 

There are so many things that we want to practice. I know it’s hard but especially the 1st graders, please try your best. Watch other big girls. They don’t chat and listen to me carefully and try to do what I say.

 

センターでは、ジャンプをたくさんやりました！

音に合わせてジャンプしましょう。

筋力が足りないからか、ジャンプがどんどん音楽より早くなってしまっていました。

ジャンプとジャンプの間はしっかりプリエをしましょうね。

 

At the center lesson, we did a lot of jumps. Please try to jump with beat.

You need more power at first but please try to keep the rhythm. Plié in between the jumps is important.Please think about it.

 

 

来週はストレッチテストですね！また頑張りましょう！
