今日から6月ですね！

まずは、毎月恒例のストレッチテストです。
みなさん、今年の目標として、

ストレッチをがんばる！テストでオールAをめざす！など、

かかげてくださっていますが、本気でがんばっていますか？？

残念ながら、本気でがんばっているなぁ、と感じられる人がいるように思えません。

ストレッチは、毎日少しずつでもやれば、絶対できるようになります。

少しくらい痛いことや、めんどくさく思ってしまう自分に立ち向かってください。
できない=本当にやろうとしていない、のだと思います。

来月のストレッチテストまでに、

もう一度、自分のノートに書いてある結果をよくみておいてください。

Cをもらって、ヘラヘラ笑っていてはいけませんよ。

It’s June now!
We had a monthly event, stretch test today.
It seems like each one of you has a goal for this year, said

“I will try hard to get better results for the stretch test” ,

“I will get all A score”. Are you really tring hard? Do you even try?
I’m sorry to tell you this but I don’t think you are really tring hard.
If you do the stretch at home everyday, definitely you will be better.

Don’t turn your face away from the little bit pain.

Don’t run away from yourself thinking troublesome.

You can’t do it = You don’t really try.

Please look at your results in your notebook.

If you took C, you shouldn’t laugh about.

今日は、クリスマスローズの振付を完成させました！
先週までのところ、覚えていてくださいましたね。その調子！
新しい部分は、2ステップと、グランジュテが入ります。
一年生はまず2ステップをマスターしてください。

お姉さんたちはジュテの入りの歩数気をつけてください。
今日は、Rino先生が先頭になってくださいましたが本番では、

のあちゃんが先頭になりますよー。がんばってくださいー！

We finished the choreography of “Christmas Rose” today.

You learned the previous part very well. So we just added new part.
There are 2steps and the grand jete in the last part.
Please master 2 steps at first.
Big girls, be careful the number of steps when you do the grand jete.
Today you can follow Rino sensei

but, Noa chan will be the leader of this trail.

スプリングストーリーのオープニング、コーダ、
日曜日にもレッスンしたので、だいぶ覚えていました。
最後のシャンジュマンですが、

お客さまがいない方のアームスをアンオーにしますよ。

しっかり覚えましょう。

We did “Opening” and “Coda” from Spring Story.
We had a rehearsal on last Sunday. So you did it well today.

Just be careful when you do the changement,

you make en haut with upstage side of your arm.

花のワルツは少しだけ、確認しました。
というのも、3年生は先日の追加リハーサルで、

間違った順番を覚えてしまったとのこと。
