6月9日水曜英語サファイアクラス　　指導：ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈）

 

今日も元気にレッスンできました。
まずはバーレッスンでウォームアップです。
爪先をしっかりのばすこと、お膝をしっかりのばすこと、

体をまっすぐにキープすること、

アームスをきれいに丁寧に使うこと、

こういったことに注意しながらバーレッスンをしてください。

You were energetic as usual.
We had a bar lesson at first.
You should focus on few things to stretch knees

and point your toe, to keep your body straight
, to use your arms correctly.

発表会の振付はすべて終わりましたので、

これからはひたすら練習していくのみ！

発表会出ない方々にもポジションを決めました。

今日決めた場所を覚えておいてくださいね！

これからは、自分のポジションで、

上手になるように一生懸命練習してください。

I’ve already gave you all of the choreography.

We will practice over and over again and get betterand better.
I gave the position to the people who aren’t participants of the recital.

Please practice seriously together and get better from now on.

クリスマスローズ、前半は覚えてきました。
パディシャが難しいようでしたので、

一年生はバーにつかまって練習してみました。
お膝をしっかりあげて、アームスをしっかり使って、

上に大きく飛びましょう。

後半の2ステップ、あやしい方がいます～。

足の運び方がわからない人は、まず足だけ練習してみてください。

落ちついてトライすれば必ずできますから(^.^)

Cristmas Rose;
They remember well for the first half.
Pas de chat was bit difficult. The first graders tried with bar.

Please lift your knees up and jump high. Don’t forget to use your arms.

In the second half, there is 2 steps. And some of them couldn’t do it well.

If you are confused, just try only legs. Calm down and try. Then you will get used to it.

花のワルツは、特に3年生、全体の流れを覚えてきましたね。

これからは、細かいところに気をつけて踊りこみますよー！
アラベスクの足、クペの爪先、もっとのばしましょう。

次の動きへ行く前の準備の足やカウントがあやふやです。

こういう細かいところをどんどん直していきたいです。
2年生も、順番は覚えてきましたが、

やはり細かいところはまだまだこれからですね！
そういうところができてこそ上手になりますから、

振りを覚えただけで満足しないように(^-^)/
1年生は、自分が登場するところは自分で覚えてください。

いつまでも先生は助けてあげられません。
次の場所への移動もまだ入っていませんね。

今日練習したので、忘れないでくださいね！

Flower Waltz;
The 3rd greaders remembered most of all well.

So let’s start to practice the details from now on.
When you do the Arabesque, you should stretch your legs.

And for the coupe, you should point your foot.

When you go to the next step,

you aren’t clear how to prepare and count.

I want you to be clear all.
As well as the second graders.
You need to dance clearly and beautiful. Then I can say it “Great”.
Don’t be satisfied if you only just remember the choreography.
The first graders need to memorize when you come out.

I can’t help you all the time.

And you don’t remember where to go for the next movement.

We practiced that today. So don’t forget!
