1月21日金曜ルビークラス　　指導：Rino  　　アシスタント：中尾優妙

 

I saw a very sweet moment before class starts today and made me smile! 🙂

 

When you do jumps at the barre, everyone could jump on the right time today! Yay!

 

Remember, when do relève, heels are facing each other and heels are up really high and stand on your tippy toes.

 

We sang Hello Baby in Japanese, made a small group and sang themselves.

That was our first time to try. Maybe they were nervous a little bit? But did a good job!

 

We read a book about Hide and Seek with the Sun and we made a story.

We did hide and seek from the Sun as well!

We went to a large grass field and tried to hide from the Sun. At the end,

we tapped the Sun’s hips haha It was fun!

 

When you do stretching, remember that your knees are facing to the ceiling and toes are not touching the floor.

Keep stretching at home!

今日はクラスが始まる前のみなさんの様子がとても微笑ましかったです！

私もほっこりしました(о´∀`о)

 

バーでジャンプをする時、今日はみなさん正しいタイミングで飛べましたね！

モグラさんみたいににならなくてよかったです。

ルルベをする時は、みぎとひだりのカカトさんはお互いに向き合って

つま先でとても高い位置までカカトをあげて立ちます

このことは何度も言っています。

覚えていてくださいね。

 

今日もハローベイビーを日本語で歌いました。

今日は2人ずつに分かれてて歌ってみました。

来週は別のペアになって歌ってみましょうね！

絵本は、おひさまとかくれんぼのお話を読みました。

お話作りでは私たちもおひさまとかくれんぼをしました！

広い草原に行って背を低くしておひさまに見つからないように

静かにしたりひざしから逃げたりしました。

最後にはおひさまのお尻をペンペンしましたね笑

楽しかったですね！

 

 

ストレッチは引き続きおうちでもやってきてくださいね！

ストレッチをする時は、おひざは天井に向けて

つま先は床に付かないように伸ばしてやることを忘れないでください。
