English Ruby Class ～Instructor： Itohara Satomi

寒くて、あまり天気も良くないですが、今日来てくれた3人とも、元気にレッスンできました！

It was cold and the weather wasn’t so good but 3 of them who came here today were great and we had a good time !

まずはストレッチから！先週に比べて、つま先の意識取り戻してきてくれたようです。フレックスとポイントの違いをしっかり分けていただきたいと思います。中途半端なのはよくないと思います。

We started from the stretching. It seemed that they regained pointing feet! Please show me the difference between the flex and the point. You don’t want to do things just half way.

バーレッスンでは、1番お姉さんのさらちゃんは、5番ポジションをレッスンしています。だいぶ板についてきました。お背中も真っ直ぐにキープできていて、身体も強くなってきました！ベラちゃんも、えみりちゃんも、フラフラしなくなってきました！

At the bar lesson , the eldest girl Sara chan has been practicing 5th position. She gets used to it. Now she can keep her body straight easily, obviously she body is getting strong! Vera chan and Emili chan also get stronger than before!

ステップは、パドブレから。今日も素敵なプリンセスになりました！プリンセスになれるなんて、バレエは本当に素敵ですねー！そう思うだけで、みなさんお首がスーッとのびてとっても綺麗です！
今日も2ステップを練習しました。足は交互に1,2、1,2、、、スリーステップにならないようにもっと練習していきましょう！

At floor lesson, we did from Pas de buree. they looked beautiful princesses. You will be able to become a princess in ballet. How nice it is! You look great when you think that way.
We also practiced 2steps. You want to shift the leg in 2 counts please not be three steps!Let’s practice more!

お歌は、先週に続きカエルの歌に挑戦です。最後に少しだけ、1番お姉さんのさらちゃんに輪唱パートに挑戦してもらいました。難しいですねー！でも難しいことに挑戦するのは楽しいですね。またやってみましょう！

For singing, we tried the frog song. At the end , Sara chan tried to troll. It was so difficult ! But it’s very fun to try difficult thing. Let’s do it again next time.

ご本は、あおくんときいろちゃんのお話でした。みなさん、よく知っていますね。よく読めています。
なので今日は、自分たちも色になってみました。紫ちゃんと、ピンクちゃん、混ざると何色になるのかなぁ、ぎゅーっとハグして。

誰がだれだかわからない！それじゃあ、内緒のお散歩へ出発ー！暗いトンネルをぬけるとジューススタンドが、、、オレンジジュースか、スパークリーレッドジュース(スペシャルジュースです・笑)を選んでみんなで飲みました。
楽しいお散歩でしたー！

We read a book about Blue and Yellow.They knew this story.
So we became a color like Purple or Pink. We hugged each other and now we are mixed. No one recognized you. Then we went secret walking!We went through the dark tunnel and found a juice stand!
We got an orange juice and a sparkly red juice !It was a good time.
