3月13日　水曜（英語）サファイアクラス　指導ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈）

 

 

今日は、振替の方も多く、賑やかなクラスとなりました(^｡^)！

 

“心の扉”英語バージョンを初めて聞いた方もいましたね。

今、最後まで英語で言っています。日本語の方を思い浮かべながら言ってみてください。

 

プリエのとき、1番から2番などポジションをかえるタイミングについてお話しました。

なんとなくやってしまうと、音からどんどん遅れて、

つま先をのばすどころかポジションが変えられなくなってしまいます。

カンブレをするときは、少し早めに起きてきて次のポジションに移行しますよー。

 

Before we started Plies, I told them about the timing when you change the position in the music.

If you did it rough, you would miss the chance to move on.

You can’t even point your toe. When you do Cambre , you can get up earlier and change the position.

最近ディブロペをよくやるのですが、正しいポジションが少しずつわかっていただけたようです。

わかっても、やるのが難しいかったりもします。

言われたとおりの形をしようとすることが大事ですね。

それが練習。積み重ねるとできるようになるのです。

 

They start understanding what the right position is in Develope.

I know it’s more difficult to do that than just imagine. But try to do it correctly,

then you will be able to do that eventually. Keep practicing is important.

 

センターでは、ワルツステップを取り入れた短い振付をやりました。

とても楽しそうに、しっかり練習してくださいました。

ワルツステップにもどんどん慣れていっていただきたいと思います。

 

At the center, I gave them a short choreography with waltz step.

They seemed very fun and practiced hard. I want them to get used to it.

 

そしてパディシャ も練習しました。

みなさんお好きですねー。バレエらしいステキなジャンプですから☆覚えておいてくださいね！

 

And lots of Pas de cha we did. They also liked this step.

Because it’s a fancy ballet like  jump. Please keep it in you.
