4月10日　水曜英語サファイアクラス　指導ワッシャー（鷲野礼奈)

 

本日、レッスン前に、発表会のプログラム用の写真をとりました！

写真のときもそうですが、発表会のときは、前髪も全部オールバックにし、

後れ毛が1本もでないようにまとめます。

お団子も良い位置に作ります。

特に、発表会に初めて参加される方のお母様方、練習をお願いいたします。

レッスンの前後などで、綺麗なお団子の作り方をお伝えすることもできますので、お声かけください。

 

Today we took  photos for the program of the recital.

You’d like to make a beautiful ballet hair style on the recital day.

Front hair should be tied all in back, really tight. A bun should be at right position.

Please practice  for the hair style at home.

Before or after the class, I can tell you how to make it beautiful, please let me know if you need an advice.

 

全員が写真とり終わるまでの間、先に少しストレッチをしました。

ストレッチと同時に、色々な身体パーツを強くしていけると良いと思っています。

例えば、足の指！バレエをする上でとても大事なパーツです。

そういった細かいところも意識していきたいです。

 

While people were shooting, we did stretching.

We also need to work for the body parts like demi point. We should think about the details more.

バーレッスンは、今日もシンプルに行いました。

特に1年生は、よーく見て、よーく聞いていないとわからなくなりますよ〜。

お姉さんたちを見ると一人としてよそ見をしている人がいません。是非、見習ってください。

よーく見て聞いているお姉さんも、順番をまだ間違えたりします。

間違えてもいいや、と思ってたり、わかったつもりになっていると、

いつまでも間違えます。絶対間違えないでやろう！絶対覚えよう！

と自分で自分に言い聞かせてください。その意思は、必ず身体に表れます。今後の課題ですね！

 

At the bar lesson, we did few simple things.

Especially 1st graders, please watch and listen to me carefully.

You don’t want to miss anything.

Other big girls did really well so please follow a good example.

For big girls, you still make some small mistakes.

You want to be careful for that.

Please tell yourself, you won’t make any mistake,

you will memorize every single things. That will be our business.

フロアレッスンでは、様々なステップを練習しましたが、

特にワルツステップは、発表会の振付にも出てくるので練習しておきましょう。

 

At center lesson, we practiced few steps.

Especially the waltz step,

it will be in the choreography of a piece in the recital. Please keep practicing that.
