Today, only three people did sauté arabesque qouppé jump + tombe pas de bourrée glissade assemblé.

For people who couldn’t do the whole thing, you know the reason, so please practice it at home.

Once your foot is off from the floor, point your toe immediately.

Always move your arms beautifully.

Keep stretching and get the better scores than before.

今日は3人だけ、ソッテ　クッペジャンプ+トンベパドブレをやりました。

やらせてもらえなかった方たちは、何故なのか分かっていると思いますので、おうちでよく練習してきてください。

来週出来るようになっていたら今日の3人と一緒にやれるかもしれませんが、やってこなかったらまた今日と同じですよ。

 

足が床を離れた瞬間つま先を伸ばすようにしましょうね。

そしていつも腕はキレイに動かしてください。

 

ストレッチは毎日続けて、次回のストレッチテストで前回よりも良い結果を出してください。
