水曜サファイアクラス～指導：Rino　Kamimura

Great job today!

今日もがんばりましたね！

 

We danced with the new music for barre and center work today. It’s new to everyone, so I could see that every one of you was not sure what you were doing. It’s okay because today is the first day. From now on, please watch carefully what I do, copy and memorize it at the same time, and do barre work with music. “Watch and learn” is very important. Not only for ballet but in order to live, you do watch and learn things. So let’s start to do it in class little by little. You could do it for the recital, so you can watch and learn ballet from other people and teachers.

 

今日から新しい音楽でバーとセンター練習しました。みなさんにとって新しく、初めて聴く曲ばかりでまだ慣れていないので、バーも何をしているのか分かっていない状態でしたね。今日は初日なので仕方ないですが今後は、私がバーワークを説明している時によく見て、真似して同時に覚えて、音楽に合わせてバーワークをしていきましょう。『見て学ぶ』というのはとても大事なことです。バレエだけではなく、生きていく上で物事を見て学ぶということは大事です。ですから、クラスで少しずつ『見て学ぶ』ということをやっていきましょう。発表会でも出来たのですから、他の人たちや先生を見てバレエを学ぶということは出来ると思います。

 

For the 1st graders! The barre is not there for you to play. Do not hang and sit down on the floor during the class. Please practice or not talk while I’m adjusting to other girls. It is also important to watch and learn from other people while I’m adjusting. Even when I’m teaching other people, please think that you are the same and practice by yourself.

 

1年生！バーは遊ぶためにあるのではありません。クラスの最中にぶら下がって座らないでください。今日何度注意しましたか？先生が他のお子さんを直しているときは、自分で鏡を見て練習するかお喋りをしないで待っていてください。他のお子さんを直している時、それを見るということも大事です。先生が他の人を教えている時でも自分も同じことだと思って練習してください。

 

We practiced pirouette today. I will do it slowly and break it down next week. Please practice to balance on one leg.

今日は最後に少しピルエットの練習をしました。来週はゆっくり解説しながらやっていきますよ。片足でバランスを取る練習をしてください。

 

You will be better if you don’t give up and push yourself during class! Be strict with yourself. You can’t improve your skills if you become lazy. I hope you will have a better attitude at class next week!

クラス最中に諦めないで一生懸命やれば絶対に上達します！自分に厳しく。自分に甘やかして怠けたら上達しませんよ。来週はもっと良い姿勢でクラス臨んでくれると嬉しいです。
