今日はほぼフルメンバーでレッスンでした。
後から入られたお友達とも仲良しになれて、和気あいあいとしていますね。
ですが、レッスンはレッスン、気持ちを切り替えて、バレエが上手になるために集中しましょう。

Today we have almost all members. Now they are getting know each other, so it is exciting.

But when the lesson is started, you want to change your feeling to the lesson. Please concentrate to the lesson to be better.

 

 

 

 

 

 

一年生は、レッスンが始まってから、トイレにいったり、シューズのリボンがとれて結びなおしたり、バタバタバタバタしていますね。

どうしてもお腹痛いとか、そうでもないかぎり、トイレは基本的にレッスン前にすませて、途中でいかないように気をつけましょう。

シューズのリボンもどうしてとれるのでしょう。

お姉さんたちは、一度もとれませんよ。なぜならとれない結び方を知っているからです。

何度も練習して慣れているからです。

リボンがとれないように、練習をしてきてください。

The first graders, you go to a bathroom so many times after the class is started. Or you fix the ribon shoes all the time. What happen?!
You don’t want to do that kind of things during the lesson.
You need to go to a bathroom before the lesson. You need to know and practice how to tie ribbons.

 

 

バーレッスンでは片手バーで、全員同じ振り付けでやりました。

お姉さんたちにとっては単純な振り付けだったかもしれませんが、

そういうときこそ、ターンアウトのことや、つま先のこと、色々気をつけて動きましょう。

I gave the same choreography to everyone at the bar lesson.

It might be easy for elders. But at the same time you can think about the details and move. That’s also important.

 
トンベパドブレ、慣れてきましたか？
三年生はそこからグリッサードにつなげたり、ピルエットにつなげたりします。基本なのでどちらも覚えていきましょう。
二年生もだんだん近づいていってます。あせらず一つずつできるようになっていけば、

三年生になったときにさらに上のことができるようになると思います。
一年生はまず、簡単なところから少しずつやっていますが、動きを覚えるだけでなく、

順番を待って準備をすること、自分の番が終わったらどういうルートで出の位置に戻るのか、

バレエの動き以前のことをもっと考えなければいけません。自分のことばかりじゃなくて、まわりのことをよく見てよく考えてくださいね。

Do you get used to tombe pas de bourree？The third grader did it with glissade or pirouette. These are the basics.
The second graders learn little by little. Please don’t feel rushed and get these steps one by one. When you become the tired grader, you will be able to do more things.
The first graders learn very simple basic right now. You also need to learn how to exist in a ballet lesson. You need to prepare for your turn.

When you go back to the start position, you need to avoid the space where others dance. You want to think about others.
